I will probably have to use this purse when my old one craps out, but I can't say as I like it much. The colour (coffee) is lovely and the craftsmanship is very fine. It has a pretty good amount of pockets although some of them are smaller than I would like. My biggest beef with it is that is floppy. I, for some reason, thought that it was just like all my other plastic (pleather, fake leather, faux leather or whatever) purses in being rigid when set on the floor or table. It looks like it in the pictures. But, instead, this thing flops over. The best way to access the pockets is while it is hanging from my shoulder. So I will have to wear it every time I want to put something in it or take it out. Am still looking for a purse like that. Will give this one to charity when I find a rigid replacement. Wouldn't buy again.I have been looking for a purse that holds everything and then some....and I finally found it. This has the right amount of pockets and even end pockets for anything from a small water bottle, to my business cards, to my sun glasses... It has a handle and a long strap for cross body as well.The only thing I wish is that it was a little bit wider...fitting my wallet and make up bag on one side is a push...but other than that...this has become my very favorite purse. Also, it looks really classy and I highly recommend it.The bag is exactly the size, color, and shape I was looking for.Unfortunately, the craftsmanship is not good. I got it a few days ago and have used it twice. The inside zipper has already jumped the track and the outside zipper gets stuck. As others have mentioned, the liner is detached and gets caught in the zipper or pulls out with items.I wanted to love the bag but I will likely be returning it.ETACustomer service reached out to me regarding my review. However, I am happy to add one star overall for excellent customer service!I need a bag that's big but not huge, and one that has many zippered pockets. I carry a mini ipad, a kindle, and a large wallet, plus other items. I also look for many outside pockets so I can sort keys, phone, air pods, glasses, etc., into different and findable places. This bag is exactly what I needed! It's soft, attractive, and just the right size for me. I took a chance on the turquoise teal, and I love it. I'm seriously considering getting another one in another color for the winter ( although this color will carry me through all seasons).This bag is well made. For everyday use, or as a getaway weekend bag. Your notebook, iPad, magazines, fits in very nicely. With roomy inner pockets for charge cords. 4 extra pockets on the outside. The washed leather is soft and has a crossbody strap included.It is an excellent buy for the price.ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. 100%. GREAT CRAFTSMANSHIP. VERY STURDY. AND A POCKET FOR "EVERYTHING". EXCELLENCE at its BEST.....!!!!!This is my second purse like this. The zipper broke in the first. Other than that, I love them. That’s the only reason I bought a second one and took a chance on the zipper failing. Hopefully, it won’t happen again.The bag is beautiful, soft, perfect size. But it's a puddle when it's empty. I took a couple of piece of cardboard and stapled them to the center divider which worked fine.This bag is extremely good. Meets 99% of my needs. It lost one star, would have been half a star had it been possible, purely because the 2 handles are a tiny bit short for my liking. I will put this right by removing the metal loops and replacing them with longer ones. This isn't a problem for me as I do this on most bags I buy. I much prefer a bag with two handles over my shoulder rather than a single strap. I look forward to using it as soon as I make the adjustment. It was really good to have a bag with a mobile pocket that my phone actually fitted into as all my other bags fail in this miserably. I recommend this bag if, like me, you find you carry lots of items just in case.What does the perfect handbag have?The right size, not too large or small. the right length straps, the long and short for my pleasure.Space, pockets, nooks and crannies. a place for everything we ladies need.Strong yet soft.bought one for my daughter, when it arrived, i knew i had to get one. now i have, i love it. so does everyone else.I really like this bag, can fit everything in it. Has 2 zip compartments so ones used for my baby and the other I put my bits in, works a dream. Soft material really lovely ash colour.I really like this bag. So much room inside and plenty of pockets outside. I do like the the side pockets they are kind of hidden rather than sticking out. Really soft to touch, it meets my needs. This is all I need in a handbag!I like this bag. It has more sections to segregate and keep our things equally.
