Forget all the negative reviews--who are those people anyway. I got the navy bag. It doesn't smell at all, the straps were very easy to change out; I even ordered a "guitar strap" style navy and silvery grey striped strap to use as well because it's longer and I want to wear the bag mostly cross body (amazon carries all kinds of straps - $12). For the money, you'll be hard pressed to find a better made/designed bag. All the pockets are great, the amount of stuff you can carry (on trips) is terrific. An added surprise feature I love is that the side pockets actually fit my camelbak metal water bottle! Very rare that pockets work for that! Look no further--just buy this bag and enjoy it. I am very pleased despite wondering about some of the negative reviews!I ordered the pretty red purse for cross body and it was just beautiful, but it was too large for me. Actually it could be used as a laptop carrier, a travel bag and just an everyday purse. The only thing wrong was it was a little larger than I wanted. I tried to make myself keep it, but the size and me just didn’t work out. It arrived beautifully and wrapped in tissue paper-perfect. Sadly it went back, but if you are looking for a purse or carry all this is it and it has two straps.First off, I love this purse. Secondly, I love this purse. The way it was packaged for shipping, the outer packaging and all the inner packaging inside the purse to protect it was very thorough.The bag itself is so much nicer in person. Big, nice stitching. The material is so nice. Inside the bag are included 2 different straps for either crossbody wear or shoulder wear. Nice sturdy straps. The clips look slightly cheap, so we'll see if they pose a problem with time.There are outside pockets on all 4 sides, and 2 inside.Today is my first day wearing this purse but so far so good!I like this bag cause of it's size and the multiple outside pockets. The other feature I liked are the 2 detachable handles. I could wear it across the body or just carry it like a regular shoulder bag. It has a very roomy inside capacity, fantastic also as a travel bag. The only thing I did not like is the smell of the leather, it was loathsome. I had to spray the inside with lysol and left it to air out for 2 days. I believe it solved the problem. I have not used yet this bag, but am happy with my purchase and compared to other name brand bags, the amount I paid for was worth it! :))
